Applications are available for pick-up at the Chamber of Commerce or may be obtained by mail by calling the Chamber at 433-1234. They are also available for download from this site.

Completed applications for the program must be received in the Chamber of Commerce office by August 20th of each year.

Tuition for the program is $400.00 per participant and is payable by September 15th or as arranged. Customarily, this is paid by the participant's employer or sponsoring organization. However, an individual may sponsor themselves. Applicants will be notified by mail of their acceptance into the program.
