LEADERSHIP LINCOLN

Participants

Participants are seniors from Lincoln County High School with a maximum number of 20 students. Participants are selected from applications received. Criteria for selection include:

• Demonstrated interest in leadership positions in school and/or community
• GPA of at least 2.75
• Desire for personal growth opportunities
• Commitment to quality leadership

These characteristics generally result in individuals who are active in extra curricular programs at school and in the community. A conscious effort is made to select participants who represent a cross-section of all schools in terms of gender, race and age. The diversity of perspectives among participants generates meaningful personal interaction and learning in the program.
